Tokyo-Mex Cocktail

A fusion cocktail that blends the zest of Japanese yuzu with the boldness of Mexican tequila and a subtle kick of wasabi.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz yuzu juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • Splash of soda water
  • Ice
  • Edible flower for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine tequila, yuzu juice, agave syrup, and wasabi paste.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with a splash of soda water.
  5. Garnish with an edible flower.
