Saffron and Cumin Martini

A sophisticated twist on the classic martini, infused with the warm flavors of saffron and cumin.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz saffron and cumin-infused vodka
  • 0.5 oz dry vermouth
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions:

  1. To make the infused vodka, heat 1 cup of vodka with a pinch of saffron threads and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin until just below boiling. Let it cool and then freeze for 24 hours. Strain through a cheesecloth to remove the fat.
  2. Combine the infused vodka and dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
