A modern twist on the classic Sloe Gin Fizz using layering techniques.
Ingredients:
2 oz sloe gin
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Soda water
Instructions:
Combine the sloe gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to create a frothy texture.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 30 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a glass, leaving about an inch at the top.
Gently pour the soda water over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
