Layered Sloe Gin Fizz

A modern twist on the classic Sloe Gin Fizz using layering techniques.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz sloe gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Soda water

Instructions:

  1. Combine the sloe gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to create a frothy texture.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass, leaving about an inch at the top.
  4. Gently pour the soda water over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
  5. Enjoy your layered Sloe Gin Fizz!
