Lavender Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender

📝Instructions

  1. 1Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. 2Add the dried lavender and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3Remove from heat and let it steep for 1 hour.
  4. 4Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
  5. 5Let the syrup cool before using.
