Hibiscus Highball

A refreshing and non-alcoholic cocktail featuring the tart and floral notes of hibiscus tea.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz hibiscus tea, chilled
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz soda water
  • Lime wheel and edible flower for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the hibiscus tea, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the glass.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Top with soda water and give it a gentle stir.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and an edible flower.
