Hibiscus Highball
A refreshing and non-alcoholic cocktail featuring the tart and floral notes of hibiscus tea.
Ingredients:
2 oz hibiscus tea, chilled
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 oz soda water
Lime wheel and edible flower for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add the hibiscus tea, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the glass.
Stir gently to combine.
Top with soda water and give it a gentle stir.
Garnish with a lime wheel and an edible flower.
