Herb-Infused Ice

A simple yet effective way to add flavor to your cocktails with infused ice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as mint, basil, or rosemary)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water and let it cool slightly.
  2. Add the fresh herbs to the water and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Strain the herbs out of the water and pour the infused water into ice cube trays.
  4. Freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours.
