Serves:8 servings
🥄Ingredients
1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
2 cups apple cider (unfiltered for extra flavor)
1/2 cup apple brandy or calvados (or regular brandy if that’s what you’ve got)
2 medium apples, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work great)
1 cup fresh cranberries (for that pop of color and tartness)
2 cinnamon sticks
1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Club soda, to top (optional, for a bit of fizz)
Ice, for serving
📝Instructions
1In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, apple cider, apple brandy, sliced apples, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, and maple syrup. Stir well to mix.
2Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors meld. The longer it sits, the better it gets!
3Before serving, give it a good stir. Pour into glasses over ice, and top with a splash of club soda if you like a little fizz.
4Garnish with a slice of apple or a few cranberries from the pitcher. Cheers!
