Ginger-Lime Ice

Add a zesty kick to your cocktails with ginger-lime infused ice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water and let it cool slightly.
  2. Add the grated ginger and lime juice to the water and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture and pour it into ice cube trays.
  4. Freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours.
