Ginger-Lime Ice
Add a zesty kick to your cocktails with ginger-lime infused ice.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1/4 cup fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup lime juice
Instructions:
Boil the water and let it cool slightly.
Add the grated ginger and lime juice to the water and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
Strain the mixture and pour it into ice cube trays.
Freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours.
