Citrus Syrup
A versatile syrup that adds a burst of citrus flavor to any cocktail.

1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lime
Zest of 1 orange

In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
