Casablanca

Ingredients:

• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz lapsang souchong tea (cooled)
• 0.5 oz lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 dash of smoked paprika
• Edible flower (such as nasturtium) for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a shaker, combine gin, cooled lapsang souchong tea, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
2. Add a dash of smoked paprika to the shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
5. Garnish with an edible flower, such as a nasturtium, to add a touch of elegance and a nod to the film's setting.
