A sweet and nutty sour cocktail featuring Amaretto, lemon juice, and egg white.

Amaretto Sour

🥄Ingredients

  • 2 oz Amaretto
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • Maraschino cherry and orange slice for garnish

📝Instructions

  1. 1In a shaker, combine the Amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. 2Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. 3Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds.
  4. 4Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. 5Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
